By accessing our website at onsiteautomaint.com, scheduling a service, or engaging Onsite Auto Maintenance ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") in any capacity, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Onsite Auto Maintenance.
Onsite Auto Maintenance provides mobile fleet maintenance and repair services to commercial and individual customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Oil Changes
Conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic oil changes for all vehicle types.
Tire Services
Tire rotation, balancing, replacement, and flat repair performed on-site.
Brake Services
Brake pad replacement, rotor resurfacing, and brake system inspections.
Battery Services
Battery testing, replacement, and charging system diagnostics.
Fleet PM
Scheduled preventive maintenance programs tailored to your fleet's needs.
Inspections
Multi-point vehicle inspections and pre-trip safety checks.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed by our team. Scheduling requests submitted online or by phone are not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Onsite Auto Maintenance.
Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
Access to Vehicles
You are responsible for ensuring that vehicles are accessible, unlocked (where required), and located at the agreed service address at the scheduled time.
Service Location
Services are performed at your location within our service area. We reserve the right to decline service at locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible for our technicians and equipment.
Delays
While we strive to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior billing arrangement has been established in writing with Onsite Auto Maintenance.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, and approved net-30 accounts for qualified fleet customers.
Fleet Billing Accounts
Fleet customers with approved billing accounts are invoiced on a net-30 basis. Invoices unpaid after 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.
Estimates
Written estimates are provided upon request. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Onsite Auto Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 90 days preceding the claim.
Onsite Auto Maintenance warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using quality parts and materials. Specific warranty terms are as follows:
Labor Warranty
90-day warranty on all labor performed. If a service-related issue arises within 90 days, we will re-perform the service at no charge.
Parts Warranty
Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in processing warranty claims on your behalf.
Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our service.
No Implied Warranties
Except as stated above, all services are provided "as is" without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
All content on the Onsite Auto Maintenance website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Onsite Auto Maintenance and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our team directly.
Mediation
If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Parker County or Tarrant County, Texas before pursuing litigation.
Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Parker County or Tarrant County, Texas.
Waiver of Jury Trial
Both parties waive their right to a jury trial for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify existing customers of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
